To launch Mountain Dew’s three new electric flavours – Mountain Dew Live Wire (orange), Mountain Dew Pitch Black (grape citrus) and Mountain Dew Electro Shock (wild berry) – Mountain Dew ambassadors Mike Bancroft (Skateboarder,) Haimona Ngata (BMXer) and Brett Band (Skateboarder) were asked to devise and build a skatepark like never before. The design they chose = A pinball machine.
Every part of the skatepark looks and functions exactly like a pinball machine including flashing lights, rails, tunnels, amazing graphics, sound effects and a live scoreboard. Riders are propelled like actual pinballs into a 600 square metre arena (20 meter wide x 30 meter long) where they tackle obstacles, trip sensors, hit ramps and try to score the highest number of points possible!
